Shipping Policy
All our items are carefully handmade to order so please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for postage within the UK, which aim to deliver within 2 working days. We are not a drop-shipper and we make all our products ourselves in our Workshop.
We do ship overseas via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed; postage charges are calculated at checkout. Please get in touch if you have any questions via our Contact Us page.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our items are bespoke, handmade to order to our client's specific requirements (hardware colour choice, Harris Tweed choice and size) we are unable to accept returns unless they are faulty. If you want to change to a different size there is a small charge for this. For these reasons, please make sure to measure your dog before ordering rather than afterwards. Our size chart is very accurate and the abundance of photos and videos show our products from all angles, please study them carefully before ordering.
Cancellations may be accepted as long as we have not started on your order. If we have started on your order, or it is ready to be shipped then the order cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order please do so as quickly as possible.
